We are seeking a talented and experienced Body Contouring/Sculpting Specialist and facialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of both non-invasive and minimally invasive body contouring and sculpting techniques to help clients achieve their desired body shapes and enhance their overall appearance. As a Body Contouring/Sculpting Specialist, you will collaborate closely with patients to understand their unique needs, create customized treatment plans, and ensure safe and effective procedures. Rejuve Med Spa and Unique DNA in Lake Forest, CA is looking for one body sculpting technician (estheticians and cosmetologists encouraged) to join our team. With additional licenses, you can grow at our clinic and learn to do facials, emsculpt, facial rejuvenation treatments, and more!

We are located on 26700 Towne Centre Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of non-invasive and minimally invasive body contouring and sculpting techniques to assist clients in achieving their desired body shapes and enhancing their overall appearance.

As a Body Contouring/Sculpting Specialist, you will work closely with patients to understand their specific needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure a safe and effective procedure.

• Patient Consultation: Understand individual body contouring goals, medical history, and suitability for specific procedures.
• Treatment Planning: Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and set realistic expectations.
• Patient Instructions: Provide pre- and post-treatment guidance, including necessary aftercare and potential side effects.
• Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a safe and sterile working environment in accordance with all health and safety guidelines and protocols.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in body contouring and sculpting techniques.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of each patient’s treatment plan, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and medical professionals, if necessary, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Work Shifts: Part Time, Weekend Only, Weekend as needed
• Additional responsibilities include : assist clients book their appointments, answering any questions clients have through text/phone (during work hours), and following up with clients.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service: Professionally and empathetically addressing client concerns and inquiries.
• Experience with selling packages.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
• Proven experience: As a Body Contouring/Sculpting Specialist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of procedures and technologies: Demonstrated knowledge of various body contouring procedures, equipment, and technologies including LED Lipo Sculpt Lite technology, Ultrasonic Fat Cavitation, and Thermalift skin tightening.
• Strong communication skills: Effectively interact with clients and address their concerns.
• Team environment: Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other professionals.
• Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality services.
• Industry experience: At least 2 years in the beauty industry (required).
• Location: Foothill Ranch, CA 92610 (required).
• Commute: Ability to commute to Foothill Ranch, CA 92610 (required).

License/Certification:

• Esthetician License (not required but preferred)
