We are looking for a highly professional, motivated Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English, has strong sales experience, and is passionate about taking ownership of their work. This role is critical to our front-end operations, requiring full accountability for connecting with prospects, communicating with customers, and supporting the business in closing deals.
You will be responsible for calling, appointment setting, follow-ups, and handling inbound leads who reach out to us. You’ll also assist with social media graphics, social media posting, and various business tasks to help drive growth. * Calling & Communicating with Prospects:
* Make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain positive engagement with potential customers.
* Sales Support:
* Help drive deals by connecting with prospects, nurturing relationships, setting appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on all communications.
* Full Accountability for Tasks:
* Take ownership of all assigned activities, manage your workload independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
* Social Media & Graphics:
* Create and post basic marketing graphics and content (Canva or similar tools) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Software Use & Management:
* Learn and operate various business software systems for CRM, marketing, communications, and task management.
* Administrative Support:
* Assist with scheduling, document handling, CRM updates, reporting, and project organization.
* Flexibility & Availability:
* Be prepared to work at varying hours to accommodate prospect schedules and urgent business needs.
* Fluent English speaker and writer with excellent communication skills
* Sales experience (cold calling, appointment setting, customer engagement)
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Professional demeanor in all communications (email, phone, text)
* Graphic design skills (Canva or similar platforms)
* Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new software tools quickly
* Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
* Must have reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
* Previous CRM platform usage (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Social media marketing or management experience
