Job Description

Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations in our Goleta, California office. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in maintaining office efficiency, managing supplies, and supporting financial and clerical tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily office activities to maintain a productive and organized work environment. - Manage inventory and handle the ordering and replenishment of office supplies. - Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and assist with basic financial tasks. - Act as the primary receptionist, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls. - Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot minor issues to avoid disruptions. - Oversee scheduling and assist with meeting arrangements for staff. - Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and improve processes. - Uphold organizational policies and ensure compliance with office procedures. - Support document management by organizing, filing, and retrieving records as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in office administration or a related role. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in managing accounts payable and other basic financial tasks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for receptionist duties. - Familiarity with inventory management and ordering office supplies. - Basic troubleshooting skills for office equipment and technology. - Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and documentation. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
