Large, top-tier law firms seeks Hybrid Billing Coordinator with at least 2 years of legal billing experience for its Los Angeles office. Position starts and trains in downtown LA then moves to Century City within approximately three months of hire. This is a hybrid role once training is complete, working 3 days in office and 2 days at home. Biller will be performing complex billing duties in efforts to meet monthly targets, while acting as liaison between attorneys and the billing staff, as well as responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner. Candidate should have a stable track record of preparing and analyzing complex client billing. Firm wants prior experience with professional services billing operations system, preferably working with 3E. Base salary is up to $100k, depending on experience, qualifications and skills.
