OCCU is hiring for a Branch Manager for our Redmond branch. The position is onsite in beautiful Redmond, Oregon! The starting annual salary range is between $89,456 - $109,000 with eligibility for incentive pay. Spanish-speaking branch managers who pass a standardized test receive an additional $4,160 per year.
Key responsibilities of this role include maintaining a trained and motivated staff to meet daily and long-term goals. Building professional relationships with employees, members, vendors, the community and organizations. Engaging in networking and business development activities. Directing branch activities to achieve objectives. Growing new business and expand member relationships. Assessing local market conditions and collaborate with the marketing team to develop annual marketing plans with measurable goals.
Qualifications for this role include at least three years of supervisory experience in banking or finance. Preferably a bachelor's degree; acceptable is a two-year college degree or business/trade school course completion. Must have experience building a team that provides excellent member service. Maintain licensing and updates with NMLS Safe Act.
